Counterfeit Warning! Counterfeit Castle Creations 08xx, 14xx, 15xx, 17xx and 20xx Series Motors

Castle Creations is issuing a customer alert to purchasers of our motors, particularly via Internet sales. We have confirmed that counterfeit Castle motors are being illegally imported from the People’s Republic of China.

Castle has not authorized nor approved these sales channels and they are a fraudulent use of our branding. These products bear many of the marks and trade dress of current Castle motors making them very hard to distinguish externally from authentic Castle products.

If you are purchasing ‘NEW’ products online, please check the source. Castle does not currently have any active distribution in China.

Counterfeit motors are not eligible for warranty service at Castle, please be sure to purchase authentic Castle motors from an authorized Castle reseller.

Like old saying goes, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!" If you come across a deal that you think may be a counterfeit, we can confirm authorized resellers. Please send our team at: news@castlecreations.com and we will get back to you with an appropriate answer.
